Shipping Policy
Order processing time: All orders are processed within 7 to 10 business days after payment confirmation. After processing, your order will be dispatched via our selected shipping carrier.
Shipping destinations: We ship worldwide (unless otherwise stated). Additional shipping charges, customs duties or import taxes may apply, depending on your destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping time: Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination, customs and local postal/courier services. Please allow sufficient time beyond the estimated delivery date before contacting us.
Tracking information: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
Incorrect address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete. If you enter an incorrect or incomplete address, this may result in delivery delay, returned parcel or additional charges — we cannot be responsible for such issues when caused by incorrect customer input.
Customs & import duties: For deliveries outside the USA, your order may be subject to customs fees, duties or import taxes in your country. These charges are beyond our control and must be borne by you. We recommend you check with your local customs office for estimation.
Missing or delayed parcels: If you suspect your parcel is lost or delayed, please contact us at ccinternationalstore@gmail.com and we will assist in tracking the shipment. However, ultimate delivery depends on the courier/local postal service.
