Returns & Refunds Policy
Eligibility window: You may request a return, exchange or refund within 30 days from the date you received the item.
Eligibility requirements:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition as when received.

Proof of purchase (order number, receipt) is required.

Items that are opened, used, or damaged by the customer may not be eligible for a full refund.
Non-returnable items: For hygiene, health or safety reasons, certain items may be non-returnable if opened or used. Please check on the product page if a specific item is non-returnable.
Return shipping: You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective item). In such cases we will cover the return shipping cost or offer a prepaid label.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for another, please contact us at ccinternationalstore@gmail.com and we will provide instructions. The exchange is subject to availability.
Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your payment provider; if still unresolved contact us.
